Delete your QLess QR account
Artificial Intelligence By Town, part of Town Contacts Technologies Private Limited, publishes QLess QR. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data that goes with it from this page. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in here.
Last updated 30 September 2026. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
How to request deletion
- Enter the email address or mobile number you used in QLess QR. Add your name if the account has one.
- Prepare the email with the form, then send it to qlessqr@gmail.com. The subject is “QLess QR account deletion”. You can also write that email yourself.
- We reply if we need to confirm the account is yours. We delete the data listed below within 30 days of a verified request, then email you when it is done.
What we keep
- Aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you
- Backup copies for up to 90 days, then they are overwritten
- A record of this request, and anything the law, a dispute, or fraud prevention requires, for up to 180 days or longer if the law says so
Deleting a guest account does not remove a venue’s TV setup. If you run a counter and want that venue data deleted too, say so in the email and send it from the address on the venue account. Read the privacy policy and the terms for the rest of the detail.
